"The group saw a Swainsons Hawk couple mating and bringing in nesting materials to their nest just down river from a Great Horned owl family! We'll have to see how this plays out over the nesting season. Six or seven Swainsons were seen this morning!
Eight Beavers were out sunning.
My buddy Max spotted an Otter!
A couple and their daughter saw what they think was a Common Kingsnake.
A dog walker we know, said his dog sniffed out a good size Western Rattlesnake! He said it had three rattles.
I spotted a Coopers Hawk, Green Heron, Least Sandpiper, Western Kingbird, Northern Flicker and Belted Kingfishers flying into their bank burrow.
All this as transforming clouds sailed above."
